New Members Class

This new members class is held once a semester. It is for anyone, new or old, who wants to learn more about our church and how to be more involved. Learn what we believe, the mission of our church, meet the staff, hear about all of the areas to serve, and even get a church building tour. This class is held over 4 consecutive weeks.

Upstairs Conference Room

YOUNG ADULTS

Brandon and Tara started this group with the vision to reach young adults, and to build relationships and community with them. Ranging from just graduated college, newly married or just starting a family, and anything in between, this is the perfect place to find community with people doing life together.

MIXED ADULTS

This group is lead by two families who love community and relationship. This connect group was created to reach and do life with families walking in the same season of life. Whether you are a married couple with teenage kids, just starting a family, or young & married with no kids at all, this group is perfect for you and desires for all to join.

Dale & Janet Epperson
Adult 5

Dale and Janet, longtime members of First Baptist Miami, carry a powerful calling to reach every soul present with the message of Jesus. This group warmly welcomes individuals of all ages and backgrounds. You will quickly feel at home and become an integral part of a community united in faith and purpose. Join them to experience fellowship that embraces you just as you are.

THE LEGACY CLASS

Phil Trussler
Chapel

Newly renamed as “Legacy Members”, this is a lively group of seniors that gather to share experiences and support each other while continuing to grow in their walk with the Lord. They participate in activities and trips to help grow relationships with each other and build community outside of the Sunday morning class setting.

Nursery

Newborns - 3 years old are loved and cared for by the best volunteers we could ask for.

Kids

918 Kids Area

Kindergarten - 6th graders spend time learning about God in age appropriate ways. They learn through story telling and coordinating activities.

Youth

918 Student Youth Building

7th Grade - 12th Grade. Students are divided by gender & grade for Sunday School. Students will learn how to read the Bible for themselves & strive to know God better.

College

Upstairs

College aged students (18-22) are welcome to join us for an in depth bible study every Sunday morning.

All tots, kids, and students are led by background checked adults who exemplify Christ.
